BRIGANDAGE-A-GO-GO
The first real Brigandage consisted of me, ben, Mick and lovely Pete but i just can't remeber his surname - he used to call people THOU CREME FACED LOONS alot and i've just found some photos of our first ever gig - in Nottingham at the AD-LIB CLUB in the Lace Market. I think it was a reggae club most of the time. I think we can say that at least here i didn't have a permutation of the Poodle cut here!
just to prove that people did come and see us - it was a great first gig - thank you Nottingham.
see r'n'r does make you deaf. If i can only stop that ringing in my ear. oh! and some crutch shots for the ladeez.
Ben, my love, we really should've eaten more.
Pete, who wasn't too cool for school before he left for Uni.
no-one is innocent. JUST SAY NO!
Ben at home.

People have been banging on for ages about us doing a site and I suppose it makes sense. it is a very odd feeling to tap in your name to find youself talked about in many different ways on the web.

However, the trouble with doing this site is that everytime i go to check on geocities they have more and more stuff about us up there. Where are they getting it from and whose doing it? There's no point in repeating what's going up there.

Aha! the mystery has been solved - the women in punk stuff on geocities has been put up by PETE DON'T CARE of NIHILISM on the PROWL fame. It seems he has kept scrapbooks of stuff since 1977 and is slowly archiving it onto the net. Great!

Richard and I always felt part of a wider community, punk rock, magic and anarchism which gave us strength and inspiration so a message board has now been enabled. I've never used one so I have no idea how it works. Write in about old friends, gigs, events- favourite bands and records, latest gigs. a couple of weeks ago I went to see my favourite eighties band FLESH FOR LULU - how much did i love Blue Sisters Swing. I think it was called that. Is this another senior moment?
