what can I say about my hair - I look like a poodle - how could I have gone out like that? then I remembered - I'd been at work at Modzart - bleached my hair at work, then of course dried it in the customary way; extremely hot hairdrier whilst spraying with Elnet- the only secure way of obtaining spikey hair. Unfortunately I overdid the heat and the hairspray caught fire. an intense smell of burning and screams from workmates alerted me to the fact that my hair was in fact on fire! It frizzled away at an alarming rate and cutting inches off was the only solution. Voila! a bad hair day.
Mind you the hairs looking very much like a giant poodle in the publicity shot of me, glen, richard and dez . the lesson here? KEEP IT SHORT!

Dez-Evil I 1985
Dez too has had a full range of styles although this is rather tame. From the 2 ft forward projecting quiff to his now luxuriant Timotei tresses.
Keep these photo's coming. Any photo's welcome doesn't have to be of the band. It would be a great historical catalogue of changing punk hair fashion.
